You can catch the bus on Colorado Blvd (one block away) and be plugged into the extensive Denver Metro Area Transport System (RTD). Alternatively, hop in your bike or car conveniently parked in your dedicated spot just outside the building, and it's a mere 15-minute drive to the action of Downtown, approximately 30 minutes to Denver International Airport, an easy commute to Buckley AFB, or about a 90-minute drive to some of the most famous mountain resort towns in the West. The apartment is on the 9th floor, which is the top residential level with no one above you (we'd love to say 'penthouse'). It comes fully furnished with a split-king adjustable bed, bedside sets of drawers, a sectional sofa, a 50" TV with antenna and Roku plus surrounding storage unit, a large dining table and chairs, and a balcony sun lounger. Kitchen essentials such as pots, pans, plates, and cutlery also included. There is one dedicated on-site parking spot for this unit (uncovered) and plenty of street parking. The west-facing walls are full floor-to-ceiling glass with wide sliding doors in both the bedroom and living room, leading out to a large balcony that offers an exceptional amount of space to enjoy urban outdoor living. It overlooks the pool area and offers views of the beautiful Rocky Mountains in the distance! The rate includes utilities (electric, internet, water, and trash). The building is a little dated, but there is an elevator to your top floor, fee-based laundry downstairs, and mail services in the lobby. The pool will be open seasonally.
