The unit is hooked up to electric, water, and septic. Utilities included in rent: Water, electric, trash, and fiber optic, high speed internet. You need to supply your own propane for heat and for cooking. There is a store just around the corner that supplies propane. This unit is currently furnished. If you want to use your own furniture, then we will remove ours. There is a shared laundry shed near the trailer. The unit is for 1 or 2 people. A monthly fee of $50 will be added to the rent for a second person. 1 car per person is allowed. No dogs or large birds. 1 cat, (for a monthly fee of $25) or a small, caged bird is fine. We have a strict no smoking policy. If you smoke, please do not apply. Mo. rent is $1500 + 2nd person and cat fees if applicable. Your income needs to be 3x the rent. Deposit is $1000.
