Your kitchen is fully equipped with 4 comfortable counter stools around the peninsula countertop, gas range, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer and cookware, dishes, glasses and basic spices. All utilities are included: Electric, gas, water, trash, high-speed internet, A/C Washer/dryer in the garage. Detergent is provided. Free garage parking is provided for 1 regular sized vehicle. Pick-up trucks and large SUVs may not park in the garage. There is also free street parking. There is a $200 cleaning fee due up front for a final cleaning upon move-out.
