While staying here, you will have access to the main level and the upstairs part of the town house. The home owner or another guests will reside in the basement section of the house, while you reside in the upper portion. The main and top level of the house has 1 and a half bathrooms. It has three bedrooms with the master bedroom connected to the main full bath upstairs for your convenience. It creates the en-suit feeling, if that is something you are looking for in your home. Towels and linens are provided, so all you need to bring with you on your stays are your clothes and personal items. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed. The second and third bedroom are furnished with a queen and a full, respectively. While on premise, you will have access to full size kitchen, that has been fully stocked and the dining room that has been furnished with full sized dining table that can seat 6-7 people. The living room has been furnished with leather sectional and a 50 in LED HDTV. The house has a 140+ channels with X1 platform package provided by Comcast that has been procured for your entertainment purposes. The kitchen also has pots and pans and dinner and flatware serving 8 for all the healthy home cooked meals you like to make/cook or when you do not feel like going out. Grocery stores nearly are King Soopers, Albertons, Targets, Walmart. There are also Sprouts, Natural Grocers, and Whole Food stores within the 10-15 minute driving distances. The property is about 2 miles from I-25 off of Woodmen Rd. There are also quite a few restaurants in the area if you are not up to cooking while on travel/vacation. Hollywood Theater is about 10-15 minutes north and IMAX theater is about 10-15 minutes south on Powers Blvd, depending on traffic and time of day. If you are in town to visit families at any of the Air Force bases, you are about 20 minutes away from PAFB and SAFB. If you are travel nurses, doctors, or medical interns, the house is location 2-2.5 miles away from St. Francis Medical Center and Memorial North Hospital, respectively. It is only about 6 miles from the medial campus downtown, which is also where one of the major facilities of Colorado Springs Health Partner (CSHP) is located. For tourists who come to Colorado Springs to explore the area, the property is location less than 20 miles from the major attractions like Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Seven Falls, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs. It is about 10 minute drive to downtown Colorado Springs. You can actually enjoy downtown activities during the day and come back to a nice and quiet that is kid and family friendly neighborhood in the evenings. If you are up to driving a bit further, Royal Gorge Bridge and Cripple Creek Casino are a bit over an hour drive away.
