Some units have original restored hardwood flooring, elaborate molding, and historic doors. Other units feature polished concrete floors, exposed ceiling joists, open floor plans and small balconies or semi-private decks. All units include water and trash removal. All new building systems, appliances, and fixtures were installed during the renovation. Laundry hookups are present in each unit for stack-able machines. Some parking is available in the basement of the building for a monthly rental fee. Pets are allowed with some regulations. There is a pet fee of $350 initially plus $25 pet rent per month.
