I love this building so much, but I have to move to other city, so I'm looking for someone who would be interested in taking over my lease from May,1th! It's a studio with 1bath. the interior is really cool modern style. the location is also really good. everything is close near by. security is also good. You would have new modern interior, dressing room with walk in closet, built in laundry&dryer in spacious bathroom. It's a studio, but you can have kind of separate bedroom space and living room space, because it's really specaious! The lease ends on 12/29/2019. If you can't afford by yourself, you can live with a roommate, because it's really specious. If anyone is interested in this, please contact to me. Deposit fee is $1955. I paid the deposit to the office, so once you sign on the new lease, you will get back the deposit from the office.
