Looking for someone to do a lease takeover for a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom for a spot in Koreatown starting late January/ February 1 (dates are extremely flexible!). The lease is up June 22, 2020 but you have the option to stay, go month to month, or leave. No need to pay extra) Pets allowed! The complex: The apartment complex itself is very nice and super quiet. Everyone that lives here are either working professionals or have a small family. Also people are super friendly here as well. On site of the complex there is a spa, a gated pool with a jacuzzi, a gym, a secure package room, A Stockwell mini store, a mail room, and a separate space that you can rent out for events of your choosing (have seen people have baby showers there or a small child's party). The complex also hosts Food Truck Thursday which give residents the opportunity to eat at some pretty rad places. Around the neighborhood, you are walking distance from everything. There is a Ralph's a few blocks down, HMart is right across from the building along with an amazing Korean mall with the best food court, a lot of really great Korean restaurants (duh), Monty's Good Burger is in the area (have walked there and it's a 15 min walk), Koreatown Run Club is pretty popping (really great neighborhood run club), The LINE Hotel nearby, really amazing cute cafes, and the neighborhood is super nice to walk in as well. Really, it's walking distance from anything you need but this spot is also very central to other parts of LA. So it doesn't take too long to get to the places you wanna go.
