Utilities included in the rent are electricity, heat, gas, AC, water, sewer. TV and internet are not included. Pets not allowed. $600/month rent and $600 security deposit required and lease is for 1 year. Must have stable employment and rental history and must pass credit and background check. The other 2 tenants are quiet and friendly and would like the new tenants to be similar. If interested request an appointment by email (****) for a showing of the place (I will not respond to texts).
