Potential tenant will be sharing a bathroom that has a double sink vanity, bathtub and shower with another male tenant in his 30's. Utilities average approximately $230/month in addition to monthly rent and includes: Basic WiFi/Internet, water, trash, gas, electricity, and monthly housekeeper. A background and credit check (good credit only) will be required, the cost of which is covered by the potential tenant. Security deposit is $1,200 (fully refundable if rent is current at end of tenancy and premises are left as clean as when your tenancy began). You will have light kitchen privileges and use of the laundry facilities and front living room common area. Location is approximately 5 miles from the beach and very close to Old Torrance, Del Amo Mall, El Camino College, Cal State Dominguez, nearby parks, Farmer's Market, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping malls, public transit and Torrance beach.
