The first-floor condos have large double-hung windows that let in an abundance of light in all the rooms. Additionally, the original refinished hardwoods, bathroom tile, and two-panel doors provide the charm so often absent in new construction. The recently renovated kitchen features stainless appliances and is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four with all the place settings.
