From this central location it's an easy walk to the CU campus and just minutes down to Pearl Street.
1540 10th is the ground level of the house on 10th Street, and shares the back yard with 1550 10th (1BR upstairs). There are two off-street parking spaces that are assigned to this unit.
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen.
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
