Dogs welcome, maximum of three, no other pets will be accepted, to include cats.! Month-To-Month Available. and demand. Application Fee: $65.00 per adult over 18 years old. Income must be 2.5 times the monthly rent. Minimum credit score of 680 is required. Exceptions may be granted if the home is a corporate lease, as a third party payer for the tenants or occupants.
