Screening includes a credit report, criminal background check, eviction history search, identity verification, and review of relevant public records as provided by TurboTenant’s screening services. While no minimum credit score is required for tenants, each guarantor must have a minimum credit score of 650 and must demonstrate verifiable income sufficient to support the lease obligations. Each guarantor must execute a written guaranty agreement accepting full financial responsibility for the lease obligations.
