Available December 30th. This is a furnished mid-term rental (1-3 months). Our oasis is tucked away on a beautiful residential street, yet minutes away from restaurants, coffee shops and all that Annapolis has to offer. 6 minutes from the Annapolis Town Center, 10 minutes from the coast, 30 minutes from Baltimore and 35 minutes from DC. We're looking for a short-term renter/couple/small family for the winter (monthly with the potential to extend longer). Tl-dr: This is a *furnished* ground floor guest suite rental featuring 3 beds (two of them trundle), 2 bedrooms, 1 desk, a full kitchen (with oven/dishwasher and Nespresso), TV nook (+ additional smart tv in the bedroom), laundry room, great wifi, a salt water pool, a whole-house water treatment and humidifier system, a reverse osmosis filter and a forest in the backyard :) The space: The in-law suite has a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms, a cozy tv nook, laundry and two separate entrances (one on each side of the house). Complete with high speed wifi and a private office space in the 2nd bedroom for remote work surrounded by nature. Hardwood/performance tile floor. Pets welcome with an additional $100/month fee for wear and tear. Fully furnished ground-level suite (tenants live upstairs and we have installed soundproofing for privacy). We tried to stock the suite with the things we always need when we travel (spices, pots and pans for cooking, towels for sunbathing, Netflix for chilling, etc). Nuestra casa es tu casa. The 'hood: Our home is on a safe quiet street lined with beautiful trees. Our extended neighborhood has coffeeshops, a movie theater, a True Food Kitchen, Trader Joes, Whole Foods and Home Depot all within a 7 minute drive. Downtown Annapolis is about 11 minutes away. Other things to note: We've installed a reverse osmosis water filter for the purest water available (98/99 tap score! vs. ~75/99 for city water) as well as Hepa H13 HVAC filters, plants throughout the suite and two portable air purifiers to help spruce up your air quality during these extraordinary times. $3000 per month. Potential discounts for those willing and able to help with the upkeep of the house (gardening, leaf blowing and pond maintenance for those who are experienced in such things). Driveway parking provided. References mandatory. Security deposit $1000. Internet, heat and water included.
