Very close to 23 & 404 bus lines 2 nice parks within 5 min walk Near commerce section of Danforth Ave (many supermarkets, and everyday-need places) Who We're Looking For: Responsible with on time rent, clean, employed, not unreasonably loud. Smoker ok, but outside only. Ideally no pets (sorry we already have a dog in the house above). Could maybe discuss a dog but definitely no cats unfortunately.
