Ensure that you have all the required documents handy (Log in info for all if your income deposit sources, your most recent 2 months paystub for all income sources, Government Issued IDs for all adults). Complete all the Required Information then Hit Submit. Go to your e-mail and find the e-signature that will walk you through signing and paying for the application. THIRD PARTY INCOME VERIFICATION - Applicants will be required to complete an income verification with plaid. Be sure to include ALL of your bank accounts that have income deposited into. FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE INCOME VERIFICATION WILL RESULT IN APPLICATION DENIAL. UPON ACCEPTANCE: Lease must be signed, and deposit paid within 48 hours of acceptance.
