Trash removal is provided by the city. This rental includes all furnishings. All large furniture items would need to stay in the apartment. Smaller furniture items can either be left in the apartment or they can be removed. The addition of any substantial furniture items would need to be addressed on a case by case basis. The monthly rent is $2,000 and a security deposit of $2,000 is required at the lease signing. We will also require a credit/background check.
