You must document minimum $5,000 monthly gross income. Each adult applicant needs to show source of income. I run background check, no evictions. Credit check fee is $30 per applicant. You can complete online application so you can share credit report with me if you already paid for one. I require paper rental application completed and sent to me with copies of required documents.
