Longevity in employment or industry is a factor taken into consideration for applicant's qualifications. Prior evictions, or outstanding debt to landlords will result in automatic denial of application. Any applicant convicted of, or pleading no contest to a violent felony, a violent misdemeanor, or sex crime will be denied residency. Applicants who has been convicted or plead no contest to any other felony or misdemeanor may be denied residency based on a review of the facts and circumstances surrounding any such incident(s). Any factually inaccurate, false, or misleading statements on an application will be cause for automatic denial of the application. All adults who intend on residing in the property must submit an application and satisfactorily complete a credit, criminal, employment, and residency screening and background check. -Cats are not permitted for this property (regardless of what Zillow/Trulia 3rd party marketing may propose). -Other Pets are considered solely at the discretion of the homeowner and an additional deposit/rent may apply.
