- AFTER the showing, you can DECIDE if you want to continue with the rental. You can send A COPY of the most recent credit check (within 1 yr) if you already paid for it in the past. If I have ACCEPTED you as a tenant, then you MUST pay for an official credit check through SingleKey, that will get the credit report from Transunion, and Equifax- this procedure is to validate all the information from the report you given me.
The credit check is $40+tax paid by the renter, which gives a credit report directly from equifax and transunion.
- if the report is past 1yr, then the renter must pay for credit check with Singlekey
- the landlord holds the right to reject your rental application after an official singlekey credit check if they find misinformation
- All photos are watermarked to prevent fraudulent activities from scammers
