High Park Station is behind the building.
*Relationship to the unit: Current tenant looking for lease takeover starting March 1st, 2022 until June 30th, 2022. Most likely an option to renew.
*Lease terms: Lease take-over approved by property management.
*Required documents:
- Tenant will need to sign standard lease agreement
- First and last months rent
- Credit Check
- Proof of income
- Landlord/Personal References
