ROOM FOR RENT in Center City - Great place (see below) I am a chief resident at Einstein medical center and I am looking for a roommate for a two bedroom apartment 1 bathroom. Very affordable given all the features in a fantastic location: $800 plus utilities + internet, total around $850. My friends have lived here and loved it. The lease is for 10 months starting August 15 until June 15, 2021 and renewable after. Location - 1033 chestnut street (6-minute walk from 8th and Market for express train or 6-minute walk to Walnut Locust for the local train) Security - has security code when entering the apartment. Packages - left on the floor and no history of theft Laundry - inside the unit! Furniture - have already as seen in the pictures Gyms - City Fitness, Planet Fitness, Sweat, etc 2 mins away! Groceries - Target 2 minutes, Whole Foods 10 minutes, Trader Joe's 10 minutes Bus terminal (Peter Pan or Greyhound) - 5 minutes Tenants - mostly medical residents or medical students, very safe and quiet Restaurants - all walking distance! All the amazing restaurants in 13th street are within 5 min walk. Pests - never had any issues Kitchen - has an oven, electric stove, microwave, big fridge; has enough storage. Granite countertops High ceilings, big windows, and hardwood floor Great Landlord who responds very quickly and is very helpful. My roommate is leaving and I'm looking for someone to complete the lease with me for 10 months. I work everyday 7 to 5 sometimes 7pm. It's 800 per month for your room and shared bathroom with me. It's basically a two bedroom apartment for 1600 per month so we share the rent 800 each. Refer to the ad for more details on how convenient the location is and upscale. I'm very meticulous with cleanliness. I do cook once a week for meal prepping. We divide the internet every month and also the electricity. Lease starts in Aug 15 and ends June 15. For utilities, we split the wifi cost of 35 per month to 17.5 each and electricity which is 50 to 60 per month depending on usage. Water comes with the rent and no gas since it's an electric stove. You would need to fill up an application form, security deposit of 800, first and last months rent (800 x 2 = 1600), so total of 2400.
