Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students. The Duneridge complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Parking pass fee may apply. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit.
