Thank you in advance. 😊 The reason this is long & thorough is because in the past we've been ask so many different questions about the rental, we figured we'd spell it all out here, and also because we really care about who we live with, unlike other apartment complexes where most are strangers to one another and keep to themselves. Since there are only 3 units here, we do get to know each other, and treat each other like family. It is definitely a positive, feel-good, & happy environment. 🙂 Nice ground level two bedroom, one bathroom apartment next to Honolulu Coffee Experience Center divided by a lively, yet tranquil canal filled with tilapia, crabs, and other fish, to include random pufferfish. Drop your kayak in and paddle the Ala Wai Canal or to Waikiki Harbor in 5min. :) It is a little over 700sqft with 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower (no bathtub), kitchen, and living room, and light wood flooring throughout. A nice constant breeze enters on the shaded East side of the unit. This home sets you very close to Alamoana Shopping Center (3-5 minute walk) as well as Waikiki beach and harbor; hardly a 10 minute walk. And of course Magic Island, everyone's favorite walkabout, to watch sunrise, exercise, picnic, beach, sunset, etc! I get there in under 5min on bicycle to catch the sunrise. 😊 We have beautiful gardens, a peaceful backyard of beautiful indigenous plants and trees. Inside, all the windows are jalousie type. The living room is a decent size. Utilities: Water & Sewage $100/mo Electric: tenant must get service FIOS Internet: $30 Off-street parking if available:$100/mo Standard pet fees.
