There are a few grocery stores within about a 10 minute drive, and its about a 10 minute drive to St. Luke’s Fountain Hill and LVHN-Muhlenberg. Move in date is negotiable. I will require a credit/background check, income verification, a deposit, and a lease agreement for safety.
