Hi there! We are looking for someone who would like to live in the LOFT of our apartment, furnished or unfurnished, short term or long term. Our apartment is a two-bedroom and two bathrooms with a loft. It locates in a newly built, modern, and luxury complex. It's a beautiful place, and we love it so much. We have free access to the club room, gym, and pool, business center, sky lounge, EV charging, etc. at any time. It is very close to the Mystic Valley Pkwy and Wellington station, Orange line, very convenient. The complex offer free shuttle bus service from 7 am to 10 am and 4 pm to 7 pm Monday through Friday. However, if you prefer walking to "T," it only takes about 8 mins. We have package concierge service within the complex. The management staff is always accommodating with package delivery. The apartment is a two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment with one loft and has a washer and dryer in the unit. We have a roommate living in the master room who is a Post-doc researcher who works at Medical school. My wife and I are living in the guestroom. I am an electrical engineer who works in a semiconductor company, and my wife is a landscape architecture who is pursuing her second master's degree in Boston. You are going to live in the loft, which is a good size of an unfurnished private area, and we are sharing the guest bathroom, which is a large one. The rent for you is $850 exclude utilities. Utilities for your portion is about $95 in Winter/Summer season and $55 the rest of the year, which includes high-speed internet, gas, electricity, water, trash, and sewer. If you need a parking spot in the garage, you need to pay $150 extra per month. However, you can also park the car in the parking lot, maybe not in Winter. The lease is ended in July 2021.
