Residential, safe, quiet area right off of i25 making it close to most areas. -Lease/Application Details: Available on for 6 months or 12-month lease but flexibility with potential month to month afterwards. No credit check required. Background check and proof of income required. If interested please provide brief background on self and desired length of stay. Security deposit half of one month’s rent; can be paid over multiple increments. -Utilties & Fees: Utilities are additional $100 and there is also a $10 consumables fee for toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. which I provide. Renters insurance is also required which is typically $10 per month. -Parking & Smoking: Smoke free house and property.
