After showing, a background check and $50 application fee is conducted for applying to sublease the room. We are communal living building with multiple subtenants. We offer many amenities in shared living spaces in the home for your enjoyment! We are communal living and first come first serve for rooms and the rent is per room. If you choose to have another roommate, it would be additional $250 rent fee. We have many amenities that go along with communal living.
