With high end finishes, these spacious units are well equipped with balconies/patios, large windows, wrap-around kitchen with stainless steel appliances, self closing cabinets, dishwasher, microwave, in unit wash and dryers. Lobby includes USPS mail boxes, concierge lockers for package pick-up, onsite property manager's office, spacious mezzanine that includes a fireplace, comfortable seating, a long work table with power outlets. A private courtyard and electric vehicle charging, bicycle parking, and up to two reserved parking spaces. Rent includes Quantum Fiber internet from CenturyLink (up to 500mbps, with higher speed internet available for purchase) as well as 1-2 assigned parking spaces depending on the unit.
