Once a lease is signed, the holding fee will be required to hold the home for 14 days from the date of the application. The holding fee will remove the property for rent from the market. Child support, alimony, SSI, SDI, retirement, and pensions. 5. Offer letter for from employer with the Company name, tenant's full name, and current date. • Criminal history must not contain felony conviction(s) for criminal offenses involving; violence, assault, battery, firearms, arson, the manufacturing and/or distribution of controlled substances within the past seven (7) years, or misdemeanor or felony conviction(s) for sexual offenses regardless of when the conviction occurred.
 • Bankruptcies must be discharged for 3 years.
