Lease Term: One year.
Pet Policy: One pet may be allowed, but must be approved by Owner/Agent on a case-by-case basis. There is an additional pet deposit of $500 and pet rent of $25/month for each approved pet.
Utilities: Tenants are responsible for power, water, sewer, gas and internet/cable if desired. Owner/Agent pays for refuse service.
Garage/Storage: Detached single car garage is an additional $100 charge/ month.
Laundry: Home includes laundry hookups.
Landscaping: Tenant is not responsible for landscaping and exterior care.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.
