The adjacent dining area and fully equipped kitchen are ready for all your culinary adventures, complete with stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, and all the cooking essentials you might need. There is plenty of seating with a small dining table and two chairs, as well as seating for three at the kitchen island. A convenient half bathroom is also located on this level. Venture to the second floor to find two inviting guest bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed and ample closet space. The larger bedroom offers access to a charming balcony, ideal for enjoying a quiet moment outdoors. These rooms share a well-appointed bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a vanity. The laundry room, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, is also situated on this floor. The top floor is dedicated to the master suite, a luxurious retreat featuring a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with both a tile shower and a tub. This spacious suite also includes a TV and a cozy couch for added comfort. For your convenience, The Daisy provides parking for up to three mid-size cars in the designated parking area to the left of the home. With its prime location on a quiet residential street, The Daisy offers both tranquility and easy access to the vibrant attractions of Downtown Charleston. Come experience the perfect blend of homey charm and urban convenience. - Non-shedding dogs under 60lbs may be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee. - In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $450 upon signing the lease agreement. - Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
