Condo sits in a quiet neighborhood about a half mile from Coastal Highway and the beach. Parking spot available for the tenant on site. Tenant is responsible for Electric and Internet in addition to the rent. This is approximately a 6-7 month rental, Mid-October 2026 through May 15, 2027, give or take depending on what the renter needs but must be at least a six month lease. From May-October each year my condo is an AirBnb summer rental and the winter renter must move out on the exact agreed upon date, and sign the lease with that move out date. There is No possibility for the tenant to stay in the condo after the agreed upon move out date.
