Apartment is a 30 minute walk away from BC Place stadium, or 17 minutes by transit. Available space: a sectioned off solarium (100 sq ft in a 640 sq ft apartment), with amazing views of the city and centrally located. This space includes a single bed with brand new mattress, shelf, nightstand, clothing rack and large sized desk. For a Regular Roommate: $800 per month, $400 damage deposit (includes utilities and WiFi) Available space: a sectioned off solarium that is adjacent to the living room (100 sq ft in a 640 sq ft apartment). This space includes a single bed with brand new mattress, shelf, nightstand, clothing rack and large sized desk. It has spectacular views of the city, ocean and patio garden with plenty of sunlight. There is a balcony with outdoor plants, and the inside is decorated with tropical plants. It’s also in a great location and very close to local transit hubs and within walking distance to many desirable amenities. Perks - located within a 5 minute walk to the Cambie Broadway and King Ed stations, #9 and #99 B-line buses (about 35 minutes by bus to UBC) - close to many tasty restaurants and local coffee shops - outdoor pool and BBQ patio area - laundry machines available in the basement (works with an access card) - utils are included (WiFi, heat, electricity, contents insurance) Note: Female preferred.
