RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: *$4,775/month plus utilities *Entire balance for the ski lease will be due upfront. *Natural Gas and Electricity accounts to be transferred into Tenant's name for the entire lease term and paid directly to the service provider by Tenant. *$345 a month total for the fixed utilities. The total amount (based on lease term) for the utilities is due upfront along with the rent. *$1,000 non-refundable holding fee will be required upfront to secure the house.
