This is an ALL GIRLS apartment on the 3rd floor of an apartment building (no elevator). Cozy and living room area furnished. My room is very cozy and you get sunlight from 12pm till sunset.(you have a view of the sunset). THE ROOM IS NOT FURNISHED. The bathroom is right next to the room, which you'll share with one of the roomates. (That is furnished as well).
The apartment is 7min from Bronson Ave , 15 min from Bank St , 36 min from Byward Market and 27min from The Glebe. (walking distance) Located in chinatown, there is a gas station 7min away, restaurants, bubble tea, cannabis stores, independent store. THE UTILITIES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE (wifi/gas/hydro).
There are 3 roomates that go to Carleton from ages 20 to 23. We also have a cute little cat that loves to being pet. The roomies are super friendly but almost never home. They are clean and will make conversation everytime!
The lease is from December 19 till May 1st.
