There are approximately 23-30 apartments in each building and three floors in each building. The apartments are walking distance to public transportation and are close to various stores and Restaurant. Each apartments comes with a stove and refrigerator and an AC unit, some have balconies or patios, you will receive an assigned parking space at no extra charge and some units also come with a storage bin. The apartments are electric for heat, cooking, hot water, lights and you as the tenant would be responsible for your electric costs as well as cable/internet. The application process includes a $20.00 fee per applicant, completed applications, copy of a photo id and written proof of income. A credit and criminal back ground check is performed. Each applicant’s gross income before taxes must be at least 3.5 times the rental amount monthly. Renters insurance is required. We do require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
