There is only one opening here. Five total bedrooms in the home. About this room and room features: Approximate size of room, with closet: 134 square feet Approximate room size: 10' X 12' There is also a lock and key for the door to this room. Mirrored closet doors Shaded sky light Optional furniture as part of this rental and as seen in ad: IKEA full size bed with a very comfortable pillow top mattress. Please note: if the bed portion is chosen to be part of this rental, one fitted sheet, two pillows and two pillow cases are also optional with this bedding. If this ad has photos of other bedding items such as a comforter, such items are sample only images and not part of this rental. 4 drawer black IKEA dresser 3 drawer black end table/dresser Tenants use 1/one hall private/shared bathroom, of which is mainly used for the three rented rooms here. There is not an issue with shared use of the hall bathroom, as the house rules keep the use organized. Other terms: if a tenant or landlord chooses to end such a rental agreement, 30 days written notice is to be provided by either tenant or landlord. Please state your desired and or anticipated stay. Each house member is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and there are stored household cleaning items for all to utilize. Occasionally deep cleans are also done here.
