Each tiny has a space for your vehicle and we have ample additional parking for guests. Our community observes quiet hours daily between 11pm-8am daily - Kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave) or Kitchenette (refrigerator and microwave)(depends on unit) - Microwave - Water/trash/sewage is included in rent -Property operates on well water - Unit is available unfurnished. Furnished available at extra cost. - We offer tiered Wi-Fi packages at an additional cost per month, no contract required.
