Requirements for move-in:
Deposit(s) paid within 24 hours of signing lease
1st month's rent and monthly fees must be paid at least 7 days prior to move-in
A filled-out application for each adult over 18 (REQUIRED)
We run credit, criminal, and eviction background checks on EVERY tenant over 18, this is part of the application process.
Monthly household income must be at least 2.5x rent or greater
A credit score of 650 or greater. If your credit score is below 650, we will need strong references from prior landlord(s) and employer(s).
