Parking will be shared with owners in the driveway. We have almost an acre of front and back yard that's accessible to the tenant. No yard work will be required unless the tenant wants to plant their own garden. Pets will be allowed under certain conditions. We personally have chickens and two outside cats. The basement space shares a HVAC unit with the main floor of the owner's house so the heating and air will be controlled by the owner, but this certainly can be adjusted to the tenants needs as they change.
