Utilities are included in rent price: water, electric, propane, internet, disposal. We do not allow pets of any kind or smoking. We can do custom leases (30-day minimum), or month-to-month leases. The house is available starting January 14th. While we are happy to show you around the outside of the property, we only schedule inside tours to those who have already filled out an application to minimize the disturbance of our current tenant.
