This is a small, basement level apartment with a private entrance. The living room has two coat closets. There are wood floors throughout. The kitchen has a refrigerator and an electric stove. There is a full-sized tub in the bathroom. We pay water, sewage, trash, and gas for the hot water. Tenant pays gas for the heat and electric. This 16 unit building is at the corner of North Negley Avenue and East Liberty Boulevard. It is a short walk to the shops in East Liberty and Shadyside and the bus stop is across the street. There is a shared coin-operated laundry machines in the basement with storage units for each apartment. Parking is on street, but relatively easy. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
