Tenant must have proof of income - at least 3x the rent ($3000 per month - $2800 minimum) $45 application fee / background check that will show us credit score and criminal record. We take the safety of our tenants very seriously, so there are no exceptions to having a clean record. This application process is done online through turbotenant. $45 is taken off the first month's rent. We are not allowing pets at this time.
