With its own separate entrance, kitchenette, and bathroom, this apartment is more or less completely private from the main house. Currently comes furnished with a couch, TV, full bed, mini fridge (in-unit), full-sized fridge (in basement common area), table and chair - but we’re happy to remove anything if future tenants want to furnish themselves. Access to shared washer/dryer with my fiancee and I (who live on the top floor), a propane grill, and designated parking spot. Also access to fenced-in backyard if you come with a pet. Cats and dogs welcome, additional $50 per month per pet. House is located in a beautiful neighborhood, low-traffic with tons of lakes that make for pretty walks/runs. Also walking distance from Bennetts Farm State Park. Convenient to Ridgefield (8 mins) and Danbury (15 mins).
