The unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, a private patio, and a combination of luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and carpet flooring. Rent is $1,675.00 PLUS a water and sewer charge of $75.00/month per person. One free reserved offstreet uncovered parking space. Refundable security deposit of $900.00. Cats friendly only (two cat limit) with a $30.00/month pet rent (per animal) and $300.00 refundable pet deposit and an additional $200.00 for a second cat. Limited portable A/C units available.
