The Ember Room features a Wyoming king Murphy bed (two twin XL beds joined), a fireplace, minifridge, 75" TV, and a 5.1 soundbar. It sleeps two plus one infant and suits a traveling professional, a medical stay, or anyone who wants a cozy private base next to downtown. Rent includes all utilities and 7.5 Gbps fiber with mesh Wi-Fi, plenty for remote work and calls. A refundable security deposit is required before arrival. Your bedroom is yours alone, with a lock and your own keypad code, and you'll have your own assigned bathroom that no other guest uses. The kitchen, home-theater living room, laundry, and The Gardens are shared with a small number of other screened guests, and those spaces are kept clean and well maintained. The living room doubles as a home theater with an 82" screen, 4K projector, and 7.1 surround sound. The shared kitchen has reverse osmosis water, standard cookware, small appliances, and basic spices. Laundry is included, with three washers and three dryers on site. Parking is free: two tandem driveway spaces, first come first served, plus free street parking nearby. Outside, The Gardens offer about 800 sq ft of outdoor living: a 9-seat Bullfrog hot tub, rock garden, 6-burner grill, water fountain, propane fire pit, and a warm outdoor shower. A front porch with a swing is another spot to unwind. Hot tub use follows posted house rules. The Tampa Convention Center, the Riverwalk, Water Street, Bayshore Boulevard, the University of Tampa, and Tampa General Hospital are all within a 6 to 16 minute walk, with Ybor City a short drive. This is a private residence, not a venue. No parties, smoking, or pets, and only registered guests may stay or visit. Exterior cameras cover the shared entry and side entrances; none inside. The home is not childproofed; a Pack 'n Play is available on request.
