The apartment itself has a huge balcony, in-unit laundry, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher, which you will be sharing with my roommate who is a guy. He is a young male professional who is very easy going, trustworthy and responsible. He also has the cutest and sweetest dog. The apartment and room are both incredibly spacious. The room has a full walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is pet friendly and has garage parking available, both for an extra fee. There's also plenty of street parking around the area and is only a 3 minute walk to the Ballston metro.
