One more dog OR cat may be allowed, but I will charge extra $100 per month fee for cleaning & wear & tear for animal occupancy. Renter is REQUIRED to pay a service ( UNDER $50) for Application, credit score & Screening, and must qualify re income etc or I can NOT rent to you . I am a 72 year old female, with lung damage, hence for Security and Safety reasons, I am looking for a mature responsible female roommate, who is quiet, agreeable, clean and neat, does NOT smoke cigarettes or marijuana, 'vape', 'party', do drugs or alcohol, and is considerate, respectful of other people's property. Tenant must have written proof of current Renter's Insurance at all times. ⁵ Base Rent is $1100 per month and includes basic intèrnet/all Amenities and parking in Residents and Guest lot. All utilities--heat, hot water, water, garbage etc --are included in rent --EXCEPT Electricitity. Lease is 1 year with possible renewal option. Security Deposit is $1100. If you desire Secured Garage assigned Parking, my space is available for $100 per month. Electricity was $36 per month last winter & $136 per month last summer due to running the air conditioner
