Looking for the right fit to join a cooperative homeshare with three grounded, mature adults (including the owner) and four rescued Siamese cats. ABOUT OUR HOME This is a sober home where we value mutual respect, peaceful living, and helping each other succeed. As the owner is currently managing significant health challenges, we are looking for someone especially caring, responsible, and reliable to join our home. HOUSE EXPECTATIONS • Sober home: No smoking, vaping, drinking, drugs, or overnight guests. • Weekly upkeep: Everyone helps maintain the home; cleaning supplies and clear instructions are provided. • Collaborative Care: Be proactive: notice when something needs doing or someone needs help, and care enough to step in. • Willing to learn: You don't need to be perfect - just open to learning and being part of a system that works. • Respectful communication: Be honest, follow through, accept feedback, and communicate directly and kindly. • NOT a good fit if: you don't have time or energy to invest in a homeshare, are unable to take constructive feedback, are unwilling to respect all house rules, or Trump supporters (we just won't vibe). **SPECIAL PERKS** • A caring landlord who is invested in your comfort and well-being • Free rent reporting to credit bureaus, and credit repair assistance • Free medical patient advocate services • Free access to select TV streaming services (such as Disney, Paramount, Netflix). • Reduced rent in exchange for personal assistance may be available LEASE REQUIREMENTS: • Month-to-month lease is available from Feb. 1st • Application fee is $45 and includes background checks (criminal, credit, eviction, and income verification). This fee will be refunded if you are accepted and sign a lease. • Move-In Costs: First and last month's rent + $875 security deposit = $2625.
